anyone know how to kill full chainmail armor zombie with sword? the one with helmet too

i use 2 sword try to cut off their legs but it really doesnt do any damage at all, i slash the helmet or face etc but they still standing, i slashed their unprotected legs they seem to be hurt but just just not goin down, sometime on the ground but i still cant bring any damage to them lol
anyone?

Beat the ever loving ♥♥♥♥ out of their helm and it'll break. You can almost stunlock them if you try hard enough.

If the opponent is in an open helmet, now he can be stabbed in the face.

yea, without helm i can cut off their head, but with helm i just cant find a way to defeat them, any clue?

i try to slash the helm multiple times but it wont come off, is it only able to smash off the helm with mace or axe? i try with sword but none will do lol

Nordic sword cannot cut legs, but Templar Sword can, but only if your enemy doesn't have greaves on his legs. If he has, you can break it anyway, then cut the leg.
Moreover maces are mostly effective weapons against this type of enemies. Some huge hits with Flanged Mace can break any armor easy. And now, since our last update, you can stab armored zombies in their faces. It can be quite tricky, but it's working.

You can smash off the helm with every weapon you want, even with Bludgeon or Short Sword. But axes and maces will be more effective for these purposes. There are extremely effective against armored enemies and deal a lot of damage. That's what they were invented for. But you can still use swords if you like, just try to make powerful, long-arc hits, this is very important. Also heavy swords (like Claymore) is also very effective because can deal large damage amount too.

yea i think they have greaves on their legs, dint know i able to break them, i try it again later, stab in the face will really come in handy =D, thanks for reply .

I used dual blades too

best solution i found is grabbing this tanky zombie with my hand
and bash his head like a madman untill helmet breaks
