You have to take one photo per second, so you'll end up with 15 screenshots. The object is to follow the thief from second 1 to second 15 as s/he moves throughout the building on different cameras. There are a few seconds later in the sequence where there is no one on camera as the suspect steps out of frame and then back in at the end, so you'll have a couple of empty-looking shots. Hope that helps.

I did everything exactly the same, but it didn't work. Restarted the game and everything is ok now, wtf? But thank you <3
