Hidden achievement help

So after getting all the endings, I've been trying to get the last hidden achievement but it's been a struggle. I have two theories: the first is that every candle has to have a pumpkin in it, and I'm not sure if I'm completely done with that but I have all the obvious ones, and the other is that someone specifically has to have the truth serum. I gave it to the Hardy Boys (Joe was the only one that tried it), Deirdre, Alicia, the judge and his son, Lauren, the witch lady, Mei, and Teegan. I also tried to spike Alicia's coffee but it wouldn't go in either mug. If it helps, I already gave everyone their custom pancake, but that didn't get me any achievements (I think).

Happy Halloween achievement is:
Carve a dozen pumpkins.
Is the what you meant by every candle needs to be covered with a pumpkin?

I didn't even think about the truth serum so I can't help there sadly x.x

Were you able to get both pieces to Olivia's flyer?
I was only able to get one piece so I'm thinking that might be a Hidden achievement I'm missing.

Also I did not know there were multiple endings. Is there significant difference in the decisions or actions that require an alternate? Wonder if it's worse playing through the game again.

Hi- you need to carve the pumpkins in the museum, and then place them on the candles around the game eg: Parry house steps - there are 12 positions to place them. You can only have 1 carved pumpkin in your inventory at a time so there is a bit of to and froing.

I am not up to the truth serum one as yet so good luck !

@govegirl Would you mind terribly posting a few locations of the pumpkins?

I got the following but I was still missing a few:

Parry house steps
Nancy's guest room at Parry house
Parry kitchen
Courthouse steps
Stage in town square
Counter in Lauren's shop
Under the big tree in the cemetery
In front of the unmarked graves statue in the cemetery
Lauren's front stoop at the carriage house
Museum counter

Which 2 am I missing?

Definitely interested in hearing about how the alternate endings are achieved, as well as how the truth serum is made, if that's a thing. I figured it would be, but I never found all its ingredients OR the other half of the flyer.

Truth serum is made with the three final ingredients: Starwort, Rosemary and Sweet majoram . Still not sure how to use it, though.

Also how do you trigger this whole thing? I made it through the whole game once already and missed a ton of things that apparently aren't even necessary to the story.

Rosemary is behind a tree in the forest on the way to the Hathorne house, it's close to the place where you have to turn towards the dead tree where you find Olivia's ropes as Frank. Starwort is given to you by Lauren after you mixe up several potions successfully on the second day (first day when you can enter her shop).

And there's nothing else that triggers receiving the Starwort? I've made SO. MANY. MIXTURES. and nothing.

the flyer piece matches up with one of the flyers on the museum counter.
