I hate the vague instructions in this game and the fact there's no hint system what so ever. Feel like I'm just stuck in the game until a walkthrough comes out because I'm at a puzzle with no instructions at all, only a book, and it makes 0 sense to me and I've spent an hour (literally) staring at it with no luck what so ever. This is the first nancy game to have zero hints available in game, and it sucks. At least in the previous nancy games when she came across a puzzle, there were either actual clues around or she would say "ah, so what I need to do is...." and you could figure it out. This is just sh***y, imo.

I played this game for 10 hours today and feel like I spent more time wandering around trying to figure out what I was supposed to do than I did actually being able to do anything interesting.

I'm with you. I just had to rage quit with the wavelength puzzle. No idea how tf to do it properly. I managed 1 accidentally and it's been all frustration from there.

This took me forever... the astrology puzzle uses Lauren's letter as a guide, and works from outside in (so start with the seasonal festivals, then the zodiac signs, then dates, then elements).

For the wavelength puzzle, it's subtle but the left knob controls the distance between waves, it takes a bit of finetuning to get right and is a bit fickle but it's doable (after like ten mins lol) The right knob obvi controls the height; what I've been doing is getting the height right first then fiddling with the left knob to get the wavelength right; you can drag the knob to the right and left instead of going clockwise or counterclockwise around the knob. I know what y'all mean though, every time I tried to call Ned for hints he'd be busy or something, which is very unlike other Nancy Drew games.

I am stuck there too infact I made a thread about it. I was going to say this was easier than past ND games until I got stuck on the puzzle because I was spending a lot less time than usual looking for what to do next.
