Game crash
Hey, has anybody else expirienced the same problem with the game crash? Particularly at the moment when Nancy has to watch videos from surveillance camera. When I try to put a USB stick into a computer, the game suddenly crashes.

mine keeps crashing when you're playing as the hardy boys and find the box at the cemetery :/

I encountered the same problem, which makes me frustrated. First it was game crashing at the cemetery when you try to start deciphering puzzle, but I managed to "solve" the problem by getting all graphics to the low settings. Now I'm having the same issue when trying to put USB into a computer to watch the recordings, so I don't know what to do about it for now.

Same here - my computer has crashed 5+ times while trying to plug in the USB to watch the CCTV footage. At this stage I just can't proceed with the game any further. Also, I had only one crash in the cemetery right before deciphering the puzzle, but it somehow fixed itself by relaunching the game. If anyone has managed to find a way to solve the above crash issue, please let me know!

Mine hasn't completely crashed (...yet), but it keeps lagging and becoming distorted and blurry. It's not looking good.

Alright, so what helped me with the USB glitch is to update everything, like downloading latest update for my graphics card and Windows update just in case too. But I still had to put all the graphics to lowest in order to not have the game crash. Hope it helps someone!

Was also experiencing this crash related to inserting the USB stick into the computer. What oddly resolved the issue for me was orienting the camera straight on with the monitor before using the USB stick on the computer tower.

I ended up watching the "Midnight Minute" on youtube on how to set your specs for PC, and after setting those settings up correct, and looking at the computer head on... literally clicking the computer, then the usb on the computer, it ended up working. Just finished the game.
