Mission 5 - buldozer

Hello, at mission 5 I am not able to clean death dog there is no possible way to a manipulate with buldozer to go up or something, any advice or help?

Hi, you need climb the wall to access the bulldozer and to bring the bulldozer's arm down to put the meat there.

I really dont know what I am doing wrong, but I am able to access bulldozer for first time and kill the dog, but I am not able to access bulldozer second time for cleaning up.

Once you kill the dog, there's no turning back. You have to replay the mission to get a perfect score.
