Report a translation problem
If the autosave only happens when you exit normally, you may be out of luck though.
Autosave works all the time, with every piece you move, so your progress should be there even with a forced restart of the computer.
There is always the possibility that if the save was working at the exact moment the power went out, the save file might be corrupted, but that is a remote chance.
What happens when you try to go back to the puzzle?
That's really, really strange. Please, could you locate your savegame folder in
C:\Users\[YOUR_USER]\AppData\Local\Super_Jigsaw_Puzzle_Generations
compress it and send the file to info@flatcatgames.com, telling us what's the puzzle and size where that happened.
