Lost puzzle

Lost my puzzle when the power went out. Can it be restored?

I am not sure when the game saves the puzzle you are in - have you tried choosing the puzzle you did last again?

When you start the game, there is a little picture in the upper right corner you can click on to go back to the last puzzle you were working on.

If the autosave only happens when you exit normally, you may be out of luck though.

Hi!

Autosave works all the time, with every piece you move, so your progress should be there even with a forced restart of the computer.

There is always the possibility that if the save was working at the exact moment the power went out, the save file might be corrupted, but that is a remote chance.

What happens when you try to go back to the puzzle?

Still didn't save. First time this has ever happened. Thanks everyone for the advice but I guess I will have to start it over.

The same thing happened to me. I was nearly finished with the first 800 piece puzzle I started working on. The free chocolates puzzle. I'd been working on it for days, and I don't know what happened, I went back to the game one day and it started from scratch. It was very frustrating.

Happened to me, too. Puzzle is completely reset.

That's really, really strange. Please, could you locate your savegame folder in

C:\Users\[YOUR_USER]\AppData\Local\Super_Jigsaw_Puzzle_Generations

compress it and send the file to [e-mail], telling us what's the puzzle and size where that happened.
