Super Jigsaw Puzzle: Generations

Super Jigsaw Puzzle: Generations

[NO!] Even FREE don't bother ...
The controls are so CLUNKY and there is no manual, that tells you the keyboard commands. The guides for this, are half-ass and the game lacks a reason to battle through it all! Not worth a penny! (I paid for the Airplanes DLC!)

Devs: Implement a drag and select for pieces. Also WASD, for moving the camera, while zoomed in! How about a FREAKIN' hotkey for the Image?

Until, those small items are introduced ... NOOOOO! on this game!

Hi Sven ☠ 2157!

Thanks for the feedback and suggestions. We are always trying to improve the game so that as many people as possible will like it.

Thanks for playing!

Hey FCG ...

Sorry, I was aggravated and, what I think is, my carpal tunnel started kicking in, when I wrote this. I really like to watch Netflix/Hulu/Xfinity on my computer, while doing something mindlessly. Like a puzzle. (Multiple-Monitors - 3x) I was hoping this was it finally (on Steam), but man ...

... an 800 piece puzzle, that I have to move EACH piece by hand, got to me.

Thanks for the reply - seriously!

Please make it a key point to develop a better system of "piece management", like mentioned above. Hell ... Try a couple puzzles yourselves (not dev cheats), and ask yourselves, if that is fun ... or a pain in the butt.

The images are great, and I don't regret buying the "Airplanes DLC", but I just can't play while it is so hard on my physical body. Thanks for the reply.

Hi!

We take note, and we will try to handle it.

Just in case, we have some other players with carpal tunnel who asked us to include an option we added in the last update: the option to drag a piece by clicking on it, instead of having to hold the button down. One click to drag, one click to drop.

It's on the game options (we take note about a controls guide too). Please, check if that helps you by the moment.

Thanks for playing!

I saw that. I mean like Click and dragging to select like 400 pieces and just move them, rather than one by one.

The ability to have to rotate them is new, which I LOVE, but man 800 pieces, and having to get one at a time, regardless of how I click and drag, is my biggest gripe.

The game is almost perfect, in my opinion, but for a few things ...

I agree multiple selections with the mouse left button while holding down the Control-key for moving the pieces (to another area) would be great!

I hadnt played for a while and was impressed with some of the changes.

Like show edge pieces only, being able to empty a box to the outside and also one i found out by mistake, mixing the pieces doesnt remove bits on the actual board. Love it! :ss13ok:

Agreed. However, I like the 800 piece puzzels, and my Carpal Tunnel does not. This would be a great time suck, if they would implement a better piece management system. I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL THEY DO, because I love these while I watch TV on my other monitor ...

I like puzzles but putting 800 pieces in a pile on the side panels just doesn't do it for me. Maybe if I port it over to my 50" tv it wouldn't appear so daunting. I can't play it.

Thats why there are options for less pieces

Sven...have you ever thought of just using your mouse to move the puzzle pieces, not your keyboard? I and my 78 year old mother have no clunky controls issues at all. Just grip the piece with the left button and rotate it with the right.

This was posted 5 years ago and they still haven't even added a hotkey to see the reference image. There are better alternatives to this
