Fix hungarian FEG 31M

It's a common bolt action rifle. Replace all of them principally by M35 and M43 with rate of fire accordingly for bolt action rifles.

Mannlichers were indeed bolt-action, yet used a specific mechanism which makes their rate of fire halfway between the regular bolt-action and semi-automic rifles like Garand or G-43.

Really I not find any solid source about that rifle (very interesteing on production numbers). but what is known for certain that M31 soon( 4 years is short term life of any weapon in peacetime) stop produced and M35 - main hungarian rifle pushed out M31 production completely. Huge doubts about any M31 'excellence' design/characteristic which cause to choose M35 for Hungria.
Basically FEG 31M is not produced but rather converted from stock of Mannlicher M.95 that Hungarians had in large stock. Process involved making the rifles use the more powerful 8.56mm round (from older 8.50mm), standardizing rifle lenght and other pieces. Actually not that big of an conversion process and almost all Hungarian Mannlicher rifles were converted in 1930s.

And then Hungarians adopted the FEG 35M rifle that used same cartridge as 31M but it used (by Hungarian opinion) superior Mannlicher-Schöenaur bolt-action rather then straight-pull. And by late 1930s 31M were in stock but were quite quickly pulled back into service as WW2 came.

C&R Arsenal from Youtube has excellent videos concerning Mannlicher rifles and, while it does not involve past WW1, it does give good picture on these rifles.

And I should add that straight-pull in theory has better rate of fire, in practice the difference is practically non-existent.

You know guys what. Fantastic blaster Mannliсher M31 (Feg 31m in game) has similar characteristics as M1 Garand. Answer please anyone where were uncle Tokarev and uncle Garand at first quarter of 20th century?

Aye. The firerate is ridiculous. It shouldnt be more than circa 15 rounds per minute per gun if the fire is aimed. maybe 30 if ts completely unaimed.
