Fatal Error when I try to launch the game

Hello! I have a big big problem with an error when I launch the game:The UE4-HandDrawnGame has crashed and will close. Unreal Engine is exiting due to D3D device being lost.
Please, I need help. It sounds like esperanto to me :(

Hey anne.mariev, the crash that you're getting is probably an issue with your hardware. First thing I would check is that your computer meets the minimum system requirements listed on the games store page, and if you do meet those specifications, I would recommend you try updating your graphics card drivers. To do that, go to your Windows "Start" tab and search for "Device Manager". Open this, then expand the drop-down next to "Display Adapters". Right click on the graphics card the pops up, an click "Update Driver". Select "Search Automatically for Drivers", and if an update is available it will be installed. If your Graphics card is already up to date, it'll tell you that you already have the best drivers for your device.

After you've done this try opening My Beautiful Paper Smile again, and see if it works. Let me know if you have any more issues :)

My drivers are up to date but I still have the issue :( I have played the first two chapters without any problem..maybe that s it. I can t play this game anymore...:(
