but if you want to add your own bakin is much easier to implement new assets, place them on the map, the physics scheme etc.
the rpg maker only works through cells.
Can I make simple game - hero looking for something in cave, must fight monsters, meet companion, etc, without coding?
Absolutely! That type of thing is really easy to set up. If you used Rpg Maker then Bakin is just as easy to do something as simple as what you just explained.
WOW! .. of course RPGmaker is more polished, it's been around for years.. LMAO!
Bakin got released like 4/5 days or so ago..
Man, these people expecting perfection on an Early Access.. LOL!
Even makes me laugh at times !!
I think the worst problem is that theres so few assets that come with the early release. I dont find the UI too bad but someone mentioned a search button and I feel that would be handy
People just ain't getting it.. its EA, they release ES's so people can beta test, report bugs and issues.. saves the company £$£$£$ in employing people to beta test it for them. Even then, even if they did that, there's guarantee someone would find a bug or issue.. so it's better to release EA to public so they can find all the bugs and issues.
Some people just need to start realising EA don't mean 'perfect working condition', it means 'in working condition with bugs present that we cant be arsed to find ourselves..' LMAO!
