cleaner all business hours star????

can someone explain this to me like I'm dumb. I can not figure this out for anything. I have 2 cleaners- one is a day shift and one is a night shift. I am not getting the star to get more people... What am I missing??

make two schedules and make sure you have some one working 24 hours , breaks have to be covered by someone working.

There just has to be at least one cleaner actively working (not on break) for every hour the store is open. For instance, if your laundromat is open between 6:00 and 19:00, then at least one cleaner needs to be actively working every hour between 6:00 and 19:00. If your cleaner needs to be sent on break then another cleaner must be working while the one is on break.
