Employees dying from low air pressure

Employees in my buildings will often die from low air pressure without any reasoning. I can never find the corpse, and often the death happens in a branch that doesn't even have any sort of vacuum, so i cant find the cause.

One of the same issues on this end as well...along with the workers (not just engineers) walking around "looking for work" when there is work to be done, in particular the workers tasked with loading the trucks.

For my opinion, it's a false death. When you first click on the Ring bell notification, it always first appears a death by low pressure. And if you close the bell and re open it, it's gone.
Or at each time, no bodies found, no reason, and no employee missing.
For me just a script error... Can you confirm?

That's not true though, because i do always find a missing employee. it seems the "low pressure" death message is just the default for when an employee dies by an unknown cause

i also suffer from this issue, where employees seem to be incapable of a specific task

So is the low air pressure due to Eminem spawning randomly in your factory and he starts rapping really fast taking out all of the air? Because right now I get that message every so often.

Low pressure if from the AOE device you put into make the moon rock, need to have helmet / suit on to keep head from exploding. Will likely force cleaners and engineers to get equipped too. Using Rooms to keep those without equipment is possible, but it wont be 100%. I ended up putting all the meth workers, engineers and cleaners in my factory with astronaut helmets.

The death was in a building that didn't have anything to reduce pressure, and all employees who work with low pressure are equipped with space helmets.
