Customers not coming to the Laundromat :(

I have placed all the required items for the Laundromat, set it to "Open" too.
Sent the dope delivery to the Laundromat and the shelves are full. I have all the workers too.
However, no customers till now. Am i missing anything ? Pls help.

they should be coming in if you're open. at a minimum 8 customers at the same time on a daily basis.

Do you have cash register and worker standing behind it (woker 'task' ticked)?
Does situation happens in opening hours?
Is entrance easy accessible and not obstructed?

i had the same, un-assign all workers jobs, then after a second reassign them all. got it going for me. I think, but cant confirm, that when i moved the cash register after placing it, and assigning the job, that it broke it some how.

yes .... I have the cash register and worker standing behind it. Both the task box ticked (register and getting delivery).
Yes, it happens throughout the day.
Yes, entrance is accessible and no obstructions.

I tried unassigning and reassigning ...still the same.

My workers keep moving around, my engineer goes around banging the washing machine , dryers and gumball machine LOL. No customers enters the laundromat.

Iam scared to delete the store and re-do from scratch, i noticed that when we sell , we dont get the full amount back.

i had bugged registers are customers walking up to the register and just milling about if so sell the register and buy a new one

i had this happen too but when i sold it and rebought the register it didn’t work did you happen to end up fixing it?? I’ve assigned and reassigned my workers also and even moved everything around to give it more space but still the same
