Stuck between Area 7 and 8

I can't enter 8th Area with my Vehicle.

Can somebody help out?

There's a warp door near the upper left of Area 7 that takes you to the door to the left of your position in the pic.

I did that one already but the elevator on the boss is not working anymore. So I cant move my tank down. The next area (area 8) has a warp door that you cant reach without tank.

You can't take the elevator anymore after the boss, you need to use the warp from the top left of area 7 to skip the elevator.

What do you mean with warp? Can you use save points to warp from one area to another?
