Is there a point of no return for the bonus dungeons?
I'm at the soldier's graveyard right now, and I know I can make it through, but I just kinda want to get on with the story and do it later. Is there a point where I am no longer able to reach these bonus dungeons, or are they accessible through to the end of the game?

Yes there is. My hint: do not go to Luzet Mountains. When you finally make it available, that's your last chance. This will happen in a moment that you suddenly appear in Savanna.

If you want something more specific: It is right after you get the last character, whose name starts with L, that's your last chance to beat the bonus dungeons.

To be very specific : to visit the third hidden dungeon it is ONLY when you suddenly "appear" in Savanna. The other two can be accessed before but not after that, but for the third it's only a this very moment.
