Which is better, PSN or Steam version?

I was looking forward to this version having never played through Grandia, but I heard that it's buggy. Have they patched it yet, and is it inferior to the PSN version? Not sure where I should play it.

I personally prefer the original version. That one isn't cropped to 16:9 and doesn't have washed out pixels.

Steam version, the PSN version in french is bugged and it is impossible to complete the game. (a cutscene makes the game crash). This bug was never fixed, and Sony did change the french version for the US/UK one but after the big psn update (years ago) they put the wrong version again.

So it depends : if you want the french version don't take it on the PSN if not... i don't know.
