- Japanese audio dub actually works fully, unlike the undub versions, no longer mix languages at
the wrong times.
- Loading times are much faster
- Rumble support in Xbox 360/ Xbox 1 pads

It increases the difficulty which improves the game a lot since it is extremely easy without it. Hopefully a similar mod will pop for the PC version.
You're losing visual content by playing the PC version.
I tested the Etsuna patch 2.0 and there were moments were the sound effects were missing during dialogue (Baal's footsteps and Justin getting punched to name the first ones). Pixel graphics ftw but slowdown by the buckets is meh.

What? Most modern PS1 emulators have widescreen support, and some even have ultrawide support.
Try Retroarch emulator if you want to try it, it has a ton of features that make games way better looking than they did on PS1.
Dude that looks like complete a$$... This is enough to convince me that I don't need this!
Textures are messed up on PS1 port(which hd ia based on and still has the issue) and is missing shadows.
I don't know why devs always chose the inferior version of a game for hd collection.
