Where are the 4k Cinematics that were "Removed to be added as DLC content"?

The patch notes for 1.0 read

"Cinematics
To decrease the total size of the download folder, we separated the 4K videos from the game. These can be downloaded as option DLC which equates to roughly 30 GB's."

The game has no accessible DLC options, and the "Movies" folder in the game files is 10.8GB. Is this something that is going to be added later or am I missing something?

They said on X that they are having a problem with steam for adding the 4k DLC. They are currently working to fix the problem

Same, plus on ultra wide screens i get black bars on all 4 sides... hopefully that will be solved once DLC is avaliable

The hold up is there's a bit of extra approval required because they're classified as adult DLC content. I'll update as soon as we know more.

So you're saying that a company that is attempting to be the forefront of the Adult Game Development industry, didn't know their delivery method was going to have additional approval requirements for store placement?
