That is correct.
That is a shame. I think it is important for people who want access to the full suite of game content to continue to request this. Selling a complete game is always preferable to the consumer over having content locked due to missing a FOMO window.
WE gave the money to get this thing rolling.
I understand that. Wouldn't it be nice if more players got the opportunity to experience that content as well?
Many have exclusive character clothes or paying for a more direct participation in the development as an individual and others may provide options like receiving early access to features, yes, but that's different.
That said, perhaps after some time (months, years) they could poll those higher tier backers about whether they agree to selling it separately, at least eventually.
I'm aware that the price is unfortunately outrageous,, yes. Still, an availability as, say, a Supporter DLC in that ballpark would be objectively better than leaving finished content completely inaccessible to new purchasers.
paying a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of money for porn is worthy of a dumb ♥♥♥♥ badge if anything
thank you for your service
I agree, price is absolutely ridiculous, After allowing the backers a reasonable exclusivity time to justify the expense they put into supporting the game, it would make sense to release the missing content to players at a more reasonable price. Certainly that seems like the best-case scenario for all parties involved to me.
