Is there a plan to release the Kickstarter content as DLC?
Strangely enough, my past thread asking about this disappeared... it seems like a valid point of discussion for people interested in this game!

crowdfunding shouldn't be locking game content behind it, especially at such a high tier. Sure get physical art books, other tiered stuff. it's all good but not game content that won't be released any other way.

The Kickstarter content should have been sent to the E-mail that you used to register it with. It's being sent out in the form of game keys.

He means for the people who found out about the game after the kickstarter campaign concluded.

That is correct.

That is a shame. I think it is important for people who want access to the full suite of game content to continue to request this. Selling a complete game is always preferable to the consumer over having content locked due to missing a FOMO window.

FOMO? Are you kidding me?
WE gave the money to get this thing rolling.

I understand that. Wouldn't it be nice if more players got the opportunity to experience that content as well?

No, you obviously DON'T understand. Go and check on the Kickstarter page how much you'd have to pay to be in the ballpark.

I dislike when a chunk of content is made into a high-tier backer exclusive reward. That's why it's a good thing that most gaming Kickstarters don't do this.

Many have exclusive character clothes or paying for a more direct participation in the development as an individual and others may provide options like receiving early access to features, yes, but that's different.

That said, perhaps after some time (months, years) they could poll those higher tier backers about whether they agree to selling it separately, at least eventually.

I'm aware that the price is unfortunately outrageous,, yes. Still, an availability as, say, a Supporter DLC in that ballpark would be objectively better than leaving finished content completely inaccessible to new purchasers.

I agree, price is absolutely ridiculous, After allowing the backers a reasonable exclusivity time to justify the expense they put into supporting the game, it would make sense to release the missing content to players at a more reasonable price. Certainly that seems like the best-case scenario for all parties involved to me.

I could see offering a late pledge. At current exchange rates that would be about $221 for the DLC.

You helped donate for the project to start. Thats it. That is the entire purpose of a kickstart. Doesn't mean anything digital content for a singleplayer only r18 game should be hidden away from people who bought the game.
