lost save

After version 1 update i lost my 45 hour save. Did this happen to anyone else or just me?

they anounced that a while ago, they said that the previous saves were not compatible

This comes with most early access games and due to them changing pretty much the whole game can't say i am surprised.

This got changed with the 1.0 update, Massive overhaul on systems, rewards, New outfits, etc.

It would've made many saves utterly incompatible with 1.0, So they're getting wiped.

honestly i dont realy mind it, the game is cool and you don't loose anything by playing the game with the new features and the LOTS of new stuff in it

anyway it was early access u should have known that progress will most likely be reset~

also how many hours did you fap to pandora scenes instead of doing something productive... like really, do you NEVER replay good games and only play everything once!?

Hi, that's me. I very very very very very rarely replay games. I have maybe 5 games that I replay every so often and everything else is a one and done so that I can move on to the next thing.

Major changes to the progression and unlock systems made older saves incompatible. The game was in early access. Many early access games requires new saves when launching due to changes to core elements.

That is the par for the course for early access games. The game is no longer in early access and saves will be safe from this point on.

Except they weren't. If you played 1.0 without steam's cloud features enabled, uninstalled it, and then re-installed when the current update came out, your saves are not recognized.
