yeah she uses a guarenteed game over attack when her ultimate guage is full, and I don't think you can wait it out or realisticly expect to kill all the cults. She usually uses it in maximum of 7 turns, so you gotta defeat her before then for sure, but sometimes she can use it sooner. Just try to get the healing items when you can, and use your own ultimates when available to get rid of a few extra cults, otherwise you should mostly ignore the cults and attack the boss, especially with whichever two characters do big damage to her, use the other two for support.
This was so obvious in the end. I'd been using Napholeon but didn't think to try Dromstik and Itch was perfect for going after health thanks to near limitless movement rang.
I used Blythe to focus on crowd control and the manics on Fow-chan.
Took no time to beat her.
Does ~5'000 damage with normal attacks on her because of this passive since it depends on %HP of the enemy.
