A Streamer Friendly Mode?

I wonder what it would take to make this game Twitch compliant. It would be amusing if they added a mode that censored ALL the nudity and nsfw sfx. Something like the Aussie version of the Stick of Truth or no?

Im with you about this game not being fit for streaming but thots and all kind of bs borderline naked female streamers have made twitch be anything but family friendly

If anything twitch proves the people who brand an age rating on things are all bought out and slap arbitrary age ratings on things.

At very best Twitch should be 16+ at bare minimum and even that can be argued being too low due to some bad actors on the platform.
