Exactly. Not having nsfw Celestina scenes or interactions just doesn't make any sense in this game's design. It's very obvious that devs design her to be attractive in many ways and give her so many scenes for a reason! It's preparing her to be an end game goal.

I'm pretty sure that the people that are saying that Celestina won't have a NSFW role are wrong, they must be mistaken them for Kasidora who is NOT gonna have any, but Celestina i'm pretty sure thats gonna go through, it would just make sense

Thats actually not true. The Studio never said Celestina will or not be a waifu. The only answer we have about this from the developers so far is a big fat: ''NO SPOILERS'' but yes, i agree the chances are low in her being a waifu.
About the Casting Call, thats not true again. The only female character that have the disclaimer: ''NO SEXUAL CONTENT FOR THIS CHARACTER'' is Kasidora. All the others, including Celestina, does NOT have the disclaimer implying she will have sexual content.

I watched the PV, there's no clear statement about empress. It does show that there's no place for empress In the squad page which contains devotion level. Maybe she's a bonus character?
