Actually theres no confirmation shes turning out to be a waifu. Sadly things indicates she not turning into one so no Pandora, dialogs, devotion, etc..
Which is very sad because an character with her desigh should be lewded.

It's been stated numerous times in the discord that Celestina will not be a waifu. The original casting call for the character pointed out that there would not be any graphic sexual content for the character. The only ones that will have any sex scenes are the ones out in the current early access version + Fow-chan later in a post 1.0 update.

Thats actually not true. The Studio never said Celestina will or not be a waifu. The only answer we have about this from the developers so far is a big fat: ''NO SPOILERS'' but yes, i agree the chances are low in her being a waifu.
About the Casting Call, thats not true again. The only female character that have the disclaimer: ''NO SEXUAL CONTENT FOR THIS CHARACTER'' is Kasidora. All the others, including Celestina, does NOT have the disclaimer implying she will have sexual content.

It's weird that devs didnt include her as one of the harems. They designed her as one of the best characters yet not having her around for 99% of the game is just.... lol let's hope the devs will give us surprise.
