How to access the 4K Cinematic DLC as someone from Germany?

Apparently the DLC got release, like 2 days ago.

But well... I can't access DLCs from my Library, unlike other Games when you right click them, go to properties and then DLC.

And I obviously can't check the DLC in the Store because the Game is blocked in Germany.

I tried to access it via steamdb... but when I press the "Install" button, it basically just starts the Game. No Update, nothing. Game size is still 35gb, when it should be 65gb with the 4k Cinematics.
Funny enough, in the Game Options the checkmark for the 4k cinematics i still set.

So yeah... I would love to play this Game with the 4k cinematics... but don't know how.

hm strange. Das installieren über https://steamdb.info/app/3342820/ hat bei mir funktioniert.
Hat zwar auch sofort das Spiel gestartet, aber gleichzeitig im Hintergrund den DLC runtergeladen.

Du Glücklicher, ich habs mehrfach versucht aber er startet auch bei mir nur das Spiel.

Ich hab jetzt einfach mal ein Ticket über die Support Seite von den Devs aufgemacht und gefragt wie man sich den 4k Movie DLC in Deutschland besorgen kann, vielleicht gibts ja ein zufriedenstellende Antwort.

Hab jetzt nochmal uninstalled und reinstalled/redownloaded, und versucht über Steamdb mit dem "Install" button es zu installieren... immer noch nichts.
Spiel wird nur gestarted aber es wird nichts gedownloaded und ich bin immer noch be 35gb.

Und ja ich kann auch nicht sagen wie aber über SteamDB hab ich das gemacht.

Wenn dein Rechner NICHT aus Deutschland mit Steam kommunizieren würde.... ja dann könnte das gehen... *zwinker, zwinker, Zaunpfahl wink*...

Was ihr andeutet habe ich schon probiert und es hat bei mir nicht funktioniert.
