New updates when?

If you didnt notice, it's been over a year since we a proper update on the game. I even asked if they are working on new updates and they are, but a year? Come on we all can see that the game is dying of lack of workers. Can we pls just get a little update, a proper update of what you have been working on, instead of releasing it all fully?

Abandoned. A game like this rarely gets completed. Simple reason the money runs out. They can scam Patreon for a while hoping people continue to pay monthly, but at some point even the fanboys get the message.
No new sales = no development.

But we get updates on progress every month and updates to the game every few months. The remaining roadmap was just published by the devs pretty revently, it's all right there in the news section. On Steam and everything. To be fair to them, the devs have been pretty upfront about what's going on and when they realistically hope the game will reach 1.0. There's no real mystery, the game's been going for a while now and it's fairly unlikely (tho totally possible) that the game will be abandoned before it reaches 1.0, and It certainly isn't abandoned right now.

Its not abandoned, they give dev updates but no updates in the game. So i see what you mean, but they are still updating it

You're not wrong that a lot of projects on Patreon devolve into scams, but way too soon to be screaming that about Subverse. The 0.9 update was March of this year, they're maintaining regular communication with the community, and they haven't thrown up any of the typical red flags associated with scams (like suddenly announcing they're changing engines, or overhauling the entire game system, or an artist/motion capture studio/major asset provider split from the project, or missing promised release dates more than once).

Pump your breaks a bit, they say Q4 2024 is the expected release date, at the very least you have to wait to see if they miss it before throwing accusations around.

This is a moot point, Studio FOW does not have a Patreon. Patreon had a problem with little red ridding hood blowing a werewolf.

(it might come out next month or in 2 who knows )

eh its geting sizable updates , i just go and play other games while they do the thing . then they delive a good chonk of content from time to time that is mostli bug free . works for me
