F3N1X when can I buy upgrades tier 2, 3 and 4?
I don't know if this is on purpose, but I'm in ACT 2 with lots of stars unlocked to explore and so far I can only purchase Tier 1 upgrades. Is this locked due to a character that hasn't joined yet or what's up?

Yeah I think it's tied to story progression.

Yeah, Tier 2 just unlocked right after completing another main story quest.
