As for the full product, I have no clue either, but just thought it would be pretty funny if they released it the day after No Nut November ends.
So the next third of the game should be done this year and the last third at the end of next year.

They've expanded the game's scope to 22 chapters, as well as devotion questlines for every waifu that are basically an entire 22 chapters worth of content each as well. Each chapter is also not of identical length. Some are shorter, some are longer.
They release more than one chapter per update. The initial public release of the game had six chapters, making up Act 1 (tutorial, basically) and kicking off Act 2. We've now got the Elaisha update, which added some chapters as well.
How does this affect 1.0 release timing compared to your theory? Only time will tell. I personally am willing to wait a bit longer, because it will mean a better overall finished product at the end of the road.
