About the game. Sex. NTR. The PANDORA system. And other things.

Before commenting, please read to the end.

First and foremost, of course, I want to be heard by the developers. This opinion may be written as a personal one, but it is certainly an expression of many people's opinions.

First and foremost the PANDORA system.
It was supposed to be an unusual system, but in the end turns out to be the main mistake of the game and the developers. Creating a porn game, but putting all the porn animations away in a separate sector is stupid. It's like there are anime and there are dojinshi. Two separate things from each other. And that's the problem. Because looking like a separate mechanic not woven into the gameplay, it's perceived as something that has nothing to do with the main game. And that's ♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Next. NTR.
Once again, there's a lot of controversy over it. A lot of people don't like that Xeno will have sex with girls. But gentlemen, this is actually the kind of game that FOW Studios was given the money to make. I and many others, after reading the description on Steam, after reading the description on Kickstarter, gave money to the developers for exactly that reason. But then, people came and started demanding to make a game for them. Actually deed developers, looks like a deception of those who gave them money. They tricked people into giving money for development. Not from a legal point of view, but in fact, it is. By cutting out all the moments and removing in pandora. I understand, they want money from everyone and to please everyone, but in the end by creating PANDORA, made the game suck. More precisely, one of its main aspects - sex.
Not to mention the fact that people are demanding, in general, to remove even from Pandora sex with xeno. Which is not fair. After all, the developers were given $2 million for a game with that kind of content.
Where: "Whilst walking past the Laboratory, the player can hear sexually suggestive moans coming from within as a bipedal alien stud called Bulgetto pleasures your Chief Science Officer. There is nothing you can do about this, so don't even try.

An enigmatic alien known only as Chodestool will engage in doggystyle copulation with various crew members if you forget to feed him".
That's your description, isn't it, developers? The one that got you a $2 million donation. Why is it that when I'm cruising the ship and enter the lab, I don't see Lily doing the "endurance test" you promised? Why isn't Killy having fun in her bar from time to time? Why aren't Demi and Lily secluded in the captain's quarters and messing around with each other?

The solution to a long overdue problem.
Obviously, the half-hearted solution and the PANDRA system are a failure. Many people don't like that there is animation to xenos, others don't like that this animation is only in PANDRA but not in the main game.
I understand that PANDORA, was created as a compromise, but it should be just an additional feature. ALL animations from it should be in the main game. PANDORA should just be a function to create its own animations.
To address the problem of people who don't like the idea of xenos having sex with girls, it should have been done differently from the beginning.
I'm writing this because it can still be fixed.

We should do a branching before starting the NEW game.
Do you want "hardcore scenes" in the game (xenos, tentacles, and other "♥♥♥♥")
YES.
NO.

Depending on your answer, a branch is chosen. One branch has all these "controversial" animations, the other branch (its copy) these animations and events are absent - only vanilla.

This is implemented in many games, why FOW did not do this from the beginning - I do not know.

Then it's worth arranging a refund.
Because I, and many people I know, feel cheated and would like to return the money that was given out on the kickstarter for "another game".

Maybe they will change their mind if enough people request those changes. I myself bought the game for Lady Kasidora and am now not sure if she'll have H scenes in the game at all >:(

I actually like the pandora system,makes it so all the sex scenes are self contained without having impact on the actual story plot . If you want your weird Xeno NTR (puke) buy the animation , they gave everyone a choice to pick and chose what they want to see .

You can see it even outside the game. Why have porn without impact on plot in a PORN game?

Its impossible to respect everyone opinion, specially when its often contradictory.
Its important to have options, but also to balance the amount of it, or will "dilute" the content. Make it messy.
Some people are even requesting the removal of some options. And sincerelly, that is selfish. Learn to be more tolerable and open minded.

Like, I have disgust for futa, but I'll tolerate its existance, and probably unlock it for the sake of completion. But I find unfair with others preferences and stupid, to go at public behaving like futa is making me bleed inside.

Thanks for posting this. I will wait and see how it developes before spending money on it. I had high expectations for this game, maybe too high.

Yeah, we all have different fetishes, thats perfectly understandable. Thats why sex scenes should be written that way than while being part of the story and having its own dialogs, not have any impact on the plot. So if you are into NTR, you see ntr scenes inside plot (like captain spotting liliy with her monsters) and if you are not into NTR, you state it in the beggining and this scene never happens. Thats super easy and been made in ton of other games.

To anyone that had high expectations of this game: have you ever seen STUDIOFOW's creations? They don't exactly scream high quality, just cheap hardcore stuff with mostly short, looped animations and uninspired one liners.
What exactly were you hoping for, considering they've never made a video game before? It seems decent enough, comparable with what's available out there already, except it costs $30 instead of $3

Sex scenes that have several loops in it. Sex scenes that have context of what is happening.
