Steam achievement "Elite general" is not achieved even though I achieved it.
(Already made lv 40 with blythe)

System info:
Windows 11 home 64bit
CPU : Ryzen 9 5900HX
RAM : 32GB
Graphics : RTX 3080 Laptop
Played with Fullscreen, FHD (1920x1080)

All the nebula achievements are bugged its will not unlock after a nebula it was 100% completed and one of them unlock even without 100% the nebula

At first install, I would get insanely long load times. Like, HDD-era load times. The restart helped that somewhat, but the biggest issue persists - I consistently get stuttering on every video cutscene playback, whether I set it to 4K or not. I'm pretty sure I ran one of the prerelease versions of the game on this same PC a while ago and did not have either of these issues. Both the video and audio keep freezing, and not always at the same time, ending up out of sync and making them basically unwatchable. I've tried swapping between fullscreen and windowed fullscreen modes, turned 4k video on and off. I also tried installing on both my NVMe and regular SSD drives. Nothing has helped.

It seems that this happens for the first playback of any cutscene. If I play the same video cutscene again, any parts of it that I've seen previously will play smoothly, but any new cutscenes or even parts of a cutscene that was interrupted are back to stuttering. I have never experienced anything like this.

Sova's devotion quest: looking through the captain's shed I pressed C when there wasn't a prompt to press C, ended up in an infinite loading screen.
So I closed the program and when I went back in I was back on the Mary Celeste and I had multiple copies of Sova's Devotion quest in the quest log and I am unable to complete it.

I had the same issue. It says it's complete when I return to New Vegas (Nevada). There are 6 Sova Devotion Quests, but I received the Devotion outfit. Replaying Sova's DQ cinematics did not fix anything.

Bandaid solution to progress further in the game circumventing the multiple UE4 crashes from fatal errors was done by maximizing window and setting everything to low. Did not change the 1080 resolution.

My persistent issue is that even after leveling all but DEMI to 40, DEMI is stuck at 35. I don't know if it's related to bugged Sova devotion quest, because I got the completion "main quest" "The storm is over".

I have not finished collecting all collectibles nor scan and completed all planets.

Not sure if relevant, but I did completed all missions without skipping, with the only exception being Blythe's devotion quest after I broke through the vent and doors with the sword, taking me to a different location. My Fenix did not have all the level 3 upgrades and was underleveled; would've been softlocked if it not for the mission skip.

I can't get the explore Dragon, Griffin, or Hyrda achievements to pop. Or the Blythe 40 Devotion or All Waifus 40 Devotion ones to pop either. I have completed the game. Done every side-quest, mission, search, Devotion quest... etc I can, though for some reason there are still several Locked Planets post game with everything else done. I'm sitting at 1-2 locked planets per Nebula with Kraken being the exception (I think it's Kraken), so expansion coming or did I somehow screw something up?

DEMI is levelup via collecting upgrade modules for her. So you're still missing 5 of them. They're found on event planets with purple exclamation marks.

I keep getting Fatal Error! The UE4-Subverse Game has crashed and it sends me to desktop it happens randomly in conversation when i talk to crew members on the Merry Celeste I tried verifying files and reinstalling game neither helped I also tried lowering graphics launching in administrator nothing helped so far
