Assuming they make a mod kit or leave files accessible, a lot depends on what you have in mind too. Basic re-skins or sound edits, like you wish Demi were more green and less blue, or you want the gun reload sound to be a sexy moan? Easy. You want to change character models like in Haydee? It should be doable, but more complicated and it'd almost guarantee screw ups in the animations. It just gets more problematic from there, and of course this is a game, not a game maker.
