Warrior's Tale- Chapter 1

I'm playing Chapter 1. There's a challenge named: Weapon Swinging Warrior. which instructs to "Get 2 weapons and kill an enemy". I've done just that...more than once...and still no green mark of acceptance, even after killing the bandits, no ribbon on the main page. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I appreciate any response. Thanks! :)

Again, I purchased 1 weapon and drew another one and took it. The very next turn I encountered a Hobgoblin and using the sword I purchased earlier, I dispatched the enemy. There is no acknowledgement of challenge achievement.

It's been a while since I had this installed, but I'll give it a shot. You said you dispatched the enemy using "the sword". So you didn't use 2 weapons? As I recall, that's Warrior's power.

Thanks for your response, my friend! Yes I got two weapons, but the game gave me one choice of weapon. I did not use both weapons to dispatch. Is that the answer? to use both weapons? Again, ty for your time. :)

Like I said, it's been a while since I played... but yeah, I believe you need to use 2 weapons in the fight to beat the challenge. I can't remember the exact mechanics, maybe you simply pick both like you would pick a weapon and a shield. Hope that helps.

Probably already solved, but i was puzzled also until i tried to click on both weapons before the battle. Warrior can do dual handling with two weapons

I tried this several times now and selecting two weapons does work, but the achievement doesn't unlock for me. Do I have to BUY both weapons?

I couldn't work out why the Steam achievements for "Warrior's Tale" weren't unlocking, then i realised that it was because there are no Steam achievements for the Warrior/Dwarf/Assassin Tales books. Oops.
