Dragon Priestess-WAIT TO SEE IF YOUR PRAYERS ARE HEARD

What are the conditions on this quest objective?!?!
?I can't get past this and I can't friggin' figure out the condition...
HELP

This is correct. Can take a few turns but you will eventually draw dragons
