Problem
so game was working fine yesterday. but now when I launch it, it asks what mode I want to run and it doesnt run in my headset only my desktop

Hey there, if you are using a Quest you might wanna try putting '-oculus' in the launch options. If you aren't using a Quest i believe you need to select steamVR mode when it launches. gl hf mate.
