Framerate drop

I got frame rate drop when battle cutscene begin although my pc meet the hardware requirements. Does anybody got same problem ?

Like Hyuver already wrote, the battle scenes are locked to 30 FPS since the animations are tied to the framerate. Over 30 it would be playing in fast forward.
So at the beginning of a battle scene your FPS drop down to 30 so the sequence can be displayed as intended.
Thats normal for this game.
