Nearly everyone has the same problem. Seems to be some Nvidia driver error according to the Windows error log.

Maybe write down your hardware so we can determine the problem.

The more info Bandai has, the faster they may find and fix the error.

So far everyone is using a NVIDIA GPU. I am just installing some older drivers from a month back and see if that helps.
The only other person i found who could run the game on NVIDIA so far wrote that they had not updated their drivers in a while.
Will report back in a few minutes.

Guys i fixed it, its the drivers.
Switched from NVIDIA drivers 436.30 to 431.86 from the beginning of September.
Runs without a problem now.

Maybe the game doesn't Win10 ready. the above is all Win10 cannot play whatever specification of your hardware.
