Buff corvus corax?
Its ability cost 2 to do 1 damage and rekonking card is quite impossible to activate without die

well, he gets stealth if the target dies and due to sentence being available in abundance the cost is fine in my book.
at least the ability is useful, much in difference to Sanguinus' one. With the Raven Talons you will only use the ability to get into stealth anyway.

ok but is quite bad to be a primarch and basically any ability that deals 1 damage and does something costs 1 energy... and without raven talons is really bad to play with

actually Corvus' reckoning is not bad. if you play a unit and the enemy kills it on his turn his reckoning gets cheaper. In difference to the Khan where he needs to have no troops on the board at the end of his own turn. Therefor you can do 3 things:
a) use units (e.g. stealth / sentencing) also Apothecarion and so on and try to keep board presence (therefor ignore reckoning)
b) focus on tactics and reckoning (similar to Khan), use ability to get into stealth when possible (just like precog on Nassau).
c) have a mix of fast/flank and few high-priority units (mortar carrion, Mortecher, Jubac, Apothecarion, ...) to get reckoning if you enemy insists to clear your board, which he has to unless he wants to get punished by your units.

also that 1 damage ping is very useful versus Angron for instance to even the score each turn...

As the devs said however not every reckoning is made as a win condition or something you get for free. Horus strongest decks dont go for his reckoning. Valdors reckoning is hard/situational to get off, but if he does its usually game over for your enemy. Guillimans and Sanguinus, as well as Ferus Manus are all very similar but different in details. Angrons and Russ' are last turn gamechangers though Angrons is stronger in my book...

some say Khans is too easy to get and easier than Curze. I beg to differ. Curze gets his at 10E no matter what. Khan needs to avoid any board presence which is a death sentence versus control WLs like Mawdrym, Samus, Caleb Decima,...

Corvus Corax was the strongest commander for a long time. It changed recently, but it's still one of the best.

With his ability, you can punish any deck about small troops and most of the rush, with 40 HP tactical decks have some difficulties...

An amazing commander.

you dont need to. In the deck overview page there is a button to export the deck to your clipboard which you can paste into any textbox.

It is pretty decent, although I personally do not like single cards. Like Shadow-Walk is nice on Jubac for instance, but what are the chances that you get both at the same time?

in your case you however have way too many single cards. that will greatly reduce the consistency of your deck. When you lose, how often did you think, man if I had drawn this copy of X I would have won or something like that?

A deck Iam testing at the moment is:
* Corvus Corax
*
* Warlord: Corvus Corax
*
* 2x Void Engagement
* 2x Curse of the Raven
* 2x Numas Squad
* 1x Ambassador Melgator
* 1x Deliverance
* 2x Inescapable Cell
* 2x Scimitar Jetbikes
* 1x The Raven's Talons
* 2x Artillery Strike
* 2x Guerrilla Warfare
* 2x Javelin Speeder
* 2x Moradus Squad
* 2x Umbra Secundus
* 2x Rain of Fire
* 2x Planetary Purge
* 2x Mor Deythan
* 1x Kaedes Nex
*

Its going a bit more for reckoning than Skuff Ds one, but some ideas are similar.
