Yes, there is only top-down view, but we are aware of "acceleration-camera bug". We are into it now.
You just need to reset your profile. The problem appears because of how Unreal Engine works. We have recommended deleting save folder/resetting the profile. Someone wrote about this here: https://steamcommunity.com/app/1031120/discussions/0/3419936604896600908/
Most of crashes come from UE4 save problems. You just need to reset your profile and start again. Here is a topic about it: https://steamcommunity.com/app/1031120/discussions/0/3419936604896600908/
