don't use dough divider for croissant
After being divided by the machine, the individual pieces still has to be flattened and rolled, and the mouse controls are rather stiff when doing so, making it next to impossible to do a large order when timed (if you choose to start the timer that is) However, if you divide it by hand, each piece of dough will become 5 individual pieces instead, and both the flattening and rolling process becomes very fluid (you can easily roll 2 of them with one upward motion of the mouse) Granted there is an extra step that involves doing 4 cuts after flattening the dough, and the cutting icons needs to be clicked at a precise point or it just doesn't work, but it's still a lot faster than the alternative

In short, don't use the dough divider when making croissants. I'm sure the stiffness issue is something the developers can look into. Thank you.

There's another machine to form the dough to croissants in later part of the game which makes it easier. Until then you guys got to use manual to make it just like pretzels.

Hopefully they add a Pretzel and bagel machine in upcoming updates.
