doughnut machine not working

so i unlocked the doughnut machine i pour in the mixed dough turn the temperature up to the correct one but it wont let me turn it on

It takes a second to heat up. I have only ran it with all the upgrades, but a tip would be to make sure and put the delivery box at the end of the machine or you'll have donuts all over the floor.

I'm having the same issue. I know it's been heated up because the green light is on next to the temperature, but the other set of lights aren't on and I can't turn the knob to turn it on

eventually i had to reset my progress and that worked
