Bundle price doubles when added to cart.

Now it seems the way those entitlements were done is messing up the total price calculation when trying to buy Mafia 1: Definitive Edition on Steam, when using the "complete your collection" link.
Support did suggest that if I buy at the increased price, they can refund the cost of Mafia 2 DE, bring the price down to what it should be. But I am trying to clarify that this won't mean I lose existing entitlement to Mafia 2 DE (the reply from support seemed to suggest it would be removed). Kinda pointless in using the complete your collection option, if it ends up removing something else in the process!
So if you are seeing the wrong price, check your licensed keys page to see if Mafia II: Definitive Edition exists. It didn't for me. But yet, I can still see the game fine in my Steam library:

Edit: Base price is a little bit cheaper on Humble atm so I've just bought it there to save hassle.
That's a really helpful comment, thanks! Did you get to a resolution with Steam support? I'd just submitted a ticket, before spotting this post, and with the sale ending tomorrow I assume I'm going to be out of luck this time.
Unfortunately not. Support couldn't do anything as the packages/bundles are defined by the game's developer. Even the refund option would turn into an all or nothing option. They did offer to "investigate options" after purchase, with the worst case being a full refund. But I didn't think it was worth going that way, so just got it from the humble store too.
The poor configuration is ultimately an issue on 2K's end. Steam Support can't do anything about it, as it still shows the proper price in the cart, before you check out.
Sorry to hear that, though at least Humble was a reasonable option too.
For the benefit of anyone else in future sales, Steam support were able to sort this out for me. I got a more helpful first response which said that if I bought it they'd refund the duplicate, so I went ahead and bought it before the end of the sale and then followed up asking for the refund.
Second response from someone else was less helpful, telling me I couldn't gift duplicates from custom bundles (I didn't want to) and that they'd refund and remove the incorrect entitlement, which was a bit concerning.
Third response, from another support agent, resolved everything. They refunded the Mafia II cost and my library all looks correct. I restarted Steam, installed Mafia II, restarted again, played successfully, left it 24 hours and tried again - all seems to be working fine!
Not sure if it's relevant but my install shows what I think is the correct retail app ID now - 1030830. I think support may have resolved it by removing the rogue free upgrade app from my account. Happy customer all round!
