Bad performance on RTX 3060
I don't know wtf is wrong with the game. I have Ryzen 7 5800H, 16 GB, and RTX 3060 and the game is not giving me more than 40 fps on high settings. How do I fix this ♥♥♥♥?

My fans are running on 100% speed and the temp is 50-60 so I don't think this is the issue.

I'm getting a solid 60fps with vsync on a 60hz screen refresh rate so framrate capped at 60. I have an RTX 3060 as well, intel i7-10700, 64GB of RAM. Assuming your resolution is 1440p and your bottleneck isn't elsewhere you should be fine running at 60 fps. Try using Nvidia performance overlay by pressing alt+r during gameplay, this will let you know if your bottleneck is processor or GPU. If you are trying 4k resolution then 40fps sounds about right for the 3060. I am also running max settings with the same card.

Edit: It's possible your bottleneck is RAM, Windows 11 uses 4gb of RAM and your PC will allocate up to 2 GB of RAM for GPU usage if needed which leaves you at 10gb of RAM. Just a thought, I had 16gb of RAM and found that to be a bottleneck for Cyberpunk, I noticed a jump in fps after upgrading to 64gb. I've only ran this game after my upgrade so I couldn't tell you if thats the problem for sure or not.

It's the 2K launcher. Skip it and you'll be golden.

RTX 3060, i5-13400F, FHD, more than 100 fps.

I have an issue where it's 10-60fps, first three cores maxed at 100% and the other 9 at 0%. GPU shows as not under load, as in it's not being taxed, very odd.
