Why is there key rebind options...

When they do not even freaking work??? I've tried to bind my reload to Q and the character still uses melee from that button instead.

This honestly sucks because the game otherwise seems pretty good but not being able to rebind keys to how I want is seriously causing me to think about just uninstalling the game. Glad I at least got this cheap as part of a bundle a while ago, I would be even more pissed if I paid full price or even Steam sale price for such low effort. I could have even looked past the downright blurry mess of an antialiasing but key rebinding being completely broken like this is simply inexcusable.

Same. I rebinded the "sneak" button to C and Tommy always pulls out a melee (if he has any) as well as sneak.

It does rebind it but it doesn't actually remove what the button does originally, so it could do 2 actions at once, lol. This game has a LOT of jank, and free roam is also laughable (very boring). I'd genuinely be furious if I bought this at a full 40$.

I noticed that too. While yes it technically binds the key it does not matter if it doesn't unbind the previous action. I haven't played Mafia 3 (and I doubt I will) but I read that the game also had similar issues. Not only they didn't fix the keybinds issue for that game, they did not bother to make any fixes for this game either despite people reporting this stuff back then. Amazing, simply amazing.

It just boggles my mind, doing this much work for a videogame with this kind of budget and then you couldn't even get such a basic thing right and work as it should? This is a thing that even the most basic indie games usually do right. I'm seriously gonna laugh if M:OC is yet again gonna suffer from this issue.
