Less than 60 fps with my 3080ti

I know I have a pretty old cpu currently (waiting for a new rig) but how is is possible that at 3840x1600 the performance is so poor?

What are the most CPU demanding graphical settings that I can lower to improve the performance?

MSAA is one of the biggest natural enemies of PC performance. Disable it in order to boost your frame rate and reduce the load on both your GPU and CPU. With less samples to anti-alias, your system won't need to work so hard.

Yes, Vsync in-game brings the fps to 15 on my monitor. I can't find a work-around for that. Is there one?

CPU calls the GPU draws. So poor CPU no matter the GPU it will always run .

5700 XT + R5 3600

Perfect 1440p60 performance, all the way through. No stuttering, no drops, no lag. Shadowing is a bit delayed in popping in during some cutscenes, but it corrects itself relatively fast.

Disable Fullscreen optimizations.

If the game still feels janky or it stutters, try running the game with DXVK Async.

i get solid 165 fps maxed out 1440p, disable fullscreen optimization under properties on the mafia exe. i9-12900k 3080ti
