Bugged and Soft Locked (Bertone's side mission)

Im trying to 100% the game so i head over to free ride and drove to bertone's garage to initiate the 5 hidden cars mission. My character enters the garage, initiates a conversation with Lucas. They chat and then mid conversation lucas does not reply, no audio, no subtitles. We just stand there and i cant move.

I have loaded las checkpoint several times, exited the game and went back, messed with game settings, verified integrity, reinstalled and installed the game. Is there anything I can do?

Im so close to 100% the game. Just need to start the foxes, the cars and the last bit of the cigarette card also located in the garage.
