Game crashes after attempting to connect

The game crashes every single time right after the main title screen when it tries to connect to the 2k servers to check if I own any DLC.

Tried deleting and reinstalling the game, tried running the executable file as admin but the issue still persists. The only solution is to disable WiFi on my laptop and then launch the game!

Please help, it is ridiculous that the issue persists after a game reinstall... Must be some error on the 2k side of things.

same for me tried fixing it last night, ive allowed exceptions in virus and threat protection, I've reset the NET framework, I've done administrator, and even tried fullscreen/windowed optimization on off etc.. getting angry 2k sucks

Update: How to Prevent Game Crashes

When you open the game, immediately turn off your WiFi. The game will not crash. When you are ready to stop playing, turn your WiFi back on and then close the game. This ensures that your saves work correctly.

My game was crashing until i disabled fullscreen from the 2k launcher, maybe that will help you

I closed down iCUE and razer synapse applications and killed their family in the task manager and it started after that, might be worth a shot

yea my game keeps crashing the moment i click start. ive tried everything including deleting and reinstalling it. i want to play this damn game

Same here , i bought this game yesterday first i got the black screen ,but i fixed that issue , but after it wants to connect to 2k the game stops and goes back to windows
