If you can read you can. There is many guides how to start game without launcher.

Can't start the game since the update either. And I used to start it directly from mafiadefiniteedition.exe, which doesn't work anymore for me. Doesn't work through the launcher either, despite updating. Ugh. Also tried verifying the files, running as administration and clearing the cache of 2K launcher but NOPE. Still won't work..

I have got the update now for a second time! This must be a security breach or something. IM sick of this unannounced updates. Updates which make no SENSE at all for the customers. STOP IT! IM SICK OF THIS!!!!
