Free Ride mission: Moderate Velocity

Hi guys, need some advice.

This is the mission where you need to take over a bus and drive a certain route with 40 mph.

I already found out it's advised to drive at night (less traffic) and to select a fast car (to quickly get to the bus).

Question: How to you stop the bus?
It repeatedly crashes on a corner and explodes - game over (in my case).

Also read somewhere that it's advised to hit the bus from the rear now and then - I don't understand this. In what fase of the mission?

You need to drive it till timer runs out and without dropping too long for 30mph, or else it explode.

Hi Stan, yes thanks, but how do I get into the bus, do I have to ram it or something like that?

and... I can change the weather, but not from day to night.

EDIT: managed to get in the bus as a driver, but it's very hard to keep speed grrrr
