Freezing on launch

Got this game and want to play but seems like it keeps freezing right as I launch the game.. have done it both through the launcher and directly though the exe. Is it a Windows 11 issue?

Hey, just go into the steam folder and launch the game directly, don't use the launcher. I had the same issue and the launcher was somehow corrupting what the resolution was set at, the res was set at something like 332423423432 x25 x0. Which was causing the interface to run at 2fps and be unresponsive...
